  • Upload content that infringes another person’s or entity’s rights.

  • Use Square29 for illegal or unauthorized activities.

  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Website or its services.

  • Upload misleading property information or advertisements.

  • Attempt to circumvent or abuse Square29’s payment, listing, advertising, or security systems.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. PROPERTY LISTINGS

Square29 provides an online platform that allows users to publish, discover, and promote property listings.

Square29 does not itself sell, purchase, lease, rent, or transfer ownership of properties listed by users, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Square29 does not guarantee:

  • The accuracy or completeness of property information submitted by users.

  • The ownership or legal status of a listed property.

  • The availability of a property.

  • That a property will be sold, rented, leased, or otherwise transacted.

  • That a user will receive enquiries, leads, or offers.

  • The completion of any transaction between users.

  • The authenticity or financial standing of any user, owner, buyer, seller, tenant, landlord, agent, or other party.

Users should independently verify property details, ownership, pricing, documentation, permissions, approvals, and other relevant information before entering into any property transaction.

4. PAID AND PREMIUM SERVICES

Square29 may offer paid digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Premium property listings

  • Featured property listings

  • Property promotion services

  • Advertising services

  • Promotional packages

  • Enhanced listing visibility

  • Other digital services offered through Square29

Prices and applicable service details will be displayed before payment.

Payment for a Paid Service does not constitute a guarantee that a property will be sold, rented, leased, or otherwise transacted.

Square29 does not guarantee any specific number of views, enquiries, leads, calls, messages, offers, or transactions resulting from a Paid Service.

5. PAYMENTS

Payments for Square29’s Paid Services may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

Depending on availability, Square29 may accept payments through:

  • Payment gateways

  • Payment links

  • Invoices

  • Cards

  • Bank-based payment methods

  • Other supported payment methods

Payment processing may be subject to the terms, conditions, security procedures, and policies of the applicable payment provider.

For international transactions, payments may be processed in accordance with the requirements of the applicable payment gateway, banking partners, card networks, and applicable laws and regulations.

Square29 does not store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, or other sensitive payment credentials on its own servers when such information is processed directly by a third-party payment provider.

6. PRICING, TAXES, AND CURRENCY

Prices displayed on Square29 may be stated in Indian Rupees or another currency supported by the applicable payment provider.

Applicable taxes, including GST where required by applicable law, may be charged in addition to or included in the displayed service price, as applicable.

For international payments, the final amount charged or received may vary due to:

  • Currency conversion

  • Exchange-rate fluctuations

  • Bank charges

  • Payment-provider fees

  • Intermediary financial institution charges

The customer is responsible for any charges imposed by their bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund eligibility for Paid Services is governed by Square29’s Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Where a refund is applicable, Square29 may process the refund through the original payment method or applicable payment provider, subject to payment-provider and banking procedures.

No refund may be provided for services that have already been substantially delivered, activated, published, promoted, or consumed, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

Any specific refund terms displayed on the relevant purchase page will form part of the applicable transaction.

8. USER CONTENT

Users may submit property information, photographs, descriptions, logos, comments, documents, and other materials to Square29.

You retain ownership of the content that you submit.

However, by submitting content to Square29, you grant Square29 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, format, modify for technical or presentation purposes, and promote that content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and promoting Square29 and its services.

You confirm that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.

  • The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  • The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

  • The content does not contain illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information.

  • You have the necessary authorization to advertise or publish the property or service represented by the content, where applicable.

Square29 may remove, restrict, modify, or disable access to content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our platform policies.

9. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL SERVICES

Square29 may provide paid advertising and promotional services for properties, businesses, products, services, or other permitted content.

Payment for advertising or promotion does not guarantee:

  • A particular number of enquiries

  • A particular number of leads

  • Sales or conversions

  • Property transactions

  • Any specific financial or commercial result

Square29 reserves the right to reject, suspend, modify, or remove advertisements that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies.

Where appropriate, Square29 may provide a refund in accordance with its Refund and Cancellation Policy.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
